Fully furnished West Seattle cottage in nice area just a 20 minute drive to downtown, a 10 minute drive to Alki beach. Master has queen bed, second bedroom with 2 twins, queen hide-a-bed, and one bath. Fully fenced private backyard for kids and pets.
This is a 1000 square foot house built in 1930 - crystal door knobs, beautifully restored, old camellias and rhodies, and faces east west for light! Set back from a residential street - this house is ideal for families - cute and clean.
Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans - everything you need to cook for yourself. All linens, towels and bedding provided. Portable crib and toddler bedrail. Private drive/off-street parking.
Beautiful large private fenced backyard and gardens with old trees, lawns and songbirds to feed. Cozy woodstove for winter evenings. Local caretaker for any needs.
We have had guests from near and far - California, Oregon, Idaho, Scotland and Germany. Everyone loved the convenient location.
Medical visit accommodation: Guests who stay at the house while receiving medical care or who have disabilities will need to discuss the suitability of the house with us before booking. Although this house is one level, it is a single family home and is not ADA compliant. Guest with medical issues are required to have someone stay with them at the house. Area Details The cottage is in West Seattle/Fauntleroy area 1 mile up the hill above the Ferry in a residential area. Convenient by car to I-5, Highway 99, and SeaTac airport.
This house has wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). Guests need to bring their own laptop and wireless card. Travel Details Local 21 bus line to Downtown Seattle.

Additional days may be added for Winter/Spring at $120 per night,
Additional days may be added for Summer (June - Sept. (inc. Labor Day) for $155 per night
Monthly rates - $2,290 per month Winter/Spring, $2,990 Summer (June-August)
Additional local lodging tax of 9% for weekly rentals.
Price Excludes:-Seperate $200 booking/damage deposit. May be returned after leaving.
6 total guests allowed - no more than 4 adults.
Dogs - $50 per pet non-refundable fee. Pre-approval required, no more than two dogs allowed.
No cats please - achoo!
Other Information:-Payment is required 30 days prior to visit for Winter/Spring. Payment is required 60 days prior to visit for Summer. Payments are not refundable. We accept Paypal for credit cards,and personal and traveler's checks.
