This is an outside front C unit. It sleeps four. The living room and bedroom have recently been remodeled. It has a private balcony off the living room with a beautiful view of the gulf, fully equipped kitchen, along with TV/VCR and Stereo. It comes with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room and Queen bed in bedroom. Linens are furnished. Enjoy the three pools, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach cabana, lounge chairs on site. The complex also offers an on site laundromat, picnic tables and rec room. This is a non-smoking unit and you must be 25 years old. No pets are allowed. Area Details The Sunbird is on Thomas Drive next door to Pineapple Willys. It is located within walking distance of Signal Hill Golf Course.

$15 parking fee paid directly to homeowners office upon arrival. This pass is good for the entire stay up to one month.
