These contemporary and upscale apartments were only completed in the summer of 2004, originally intended as a boutique hotel. They are spacious, light and well presented to accommodate up to four guests in relaxing comfort! The views are the best in Kalkan as this apartment is set amongst the olive groves commanding a prominent position on the Kalkan hillside. Tranquil and peaceful, the apartments are a fifteen minute walk down into Kalkan or a short (and cheap!) taxi ride.
Apartment Eight is light, bright and furnished with quality, contemporary fittings. There are two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large lounge/dining area/kitchen and use of a shared pool and sun terrace. A maid service attends to the property during your stay and there is an on-site attendant. Area Details Kalkan has a rich and varied history. It sits at the foot of the dramatic Taurus mountains and retains all of its charm and character. Not a place for those looking for late night clubs, Kalkan has a handful of bars, two nightclubs yet many high quality restaurants, most with roof terraces where you can while away the evenings.
There is plenty to do during the day; diving, snorkelling, walking, viewing historical sites are all favourite pastimes. You can even go white-water rafting!
Kalkan is a sophisticated, relaxed and laid back destination. If you are looking for a destination untouched by mass tourism, welcome to Kalkan! Travel Details Taxis are cheap and plentiful, and the local 'dolmus' provide a frequent and interesting way to see the local countryside.
