We have fitted out our new stunningly beautiful 50 sq (most hotel rooms are 30 sqm or less) 1 bedroom condominium with everything. We are in a wonderful location. Just opposite the world renowned Bay walk on Roxas Boulevard and cluster street lighting .It is a very colorful and pleasant stroll, near the Aristocrat restaurant which is a land mark in the area.We are so close to shopping malls, in fact within a five minute cab ride you can be at 2 very large one's and nine minutes gets you to The Mall of Asia, The newest and the largest in Philippines. which features a full size ICE Skating Rink (that’s right a ice skating rink ) The newest and the largest in Philippines. Five minutes away from Manila’s answer to Disneyland. Star city theme park is a great day out for the kids , Just up the road to Manila yacht club and down the road to the American embassy.
Nightlife is all around right here in the tourist belt. Restaurants, bars, historical places of interest and not forgetting the people, wonderful and friendly.
We are on the 25th floor of a 28 th floor tower facing the bay, high enough to see over all other building to the side, for unparalleled views of the fabulous Manila bay, And stunning sunset and city lights at night.
