Property Details
The apartment benefits from being on the ground floor, with a large patio area, ideal for sunbathing and is over looking the large communal pool, the apartment is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air con in all rooms.
The lounge has a TV and DVD player with a Sony Play station 2 with some games and one control. There is a 6 seat corner unit sofa, that will pull out into a double bed and will allow the accommodation to sleep up to 5/6 people. There is also a large pull out dining table and chairs, which will seat up to 6 people and benefits from a telephone intercom system to open the front door.
The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, microwave large fridge/freezer oven and hob, toaster and all cooking utensils, it has a window that looks out on to the pool and with large patio doors that lead on to the terrace with steps leading down to the large patio and in closed garden area.
There are 2 bedrooms one is the master bedroom with beautifull sea views from both windows, the bedroom also benefits from a double bed, 2 bed side cabinets a dressing table and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and hot and cold air conditioning.
The twin bedroom has 2 single twin beds and a bedside cabinet there are large built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space a large mirror with a shelf. This room also over looks the pool area and has fantastic sea views.
THE BATH ROOM IS A WET ROOM AND IS FULLY FITTED WITH A SHOWER. AND MIRROR. TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED (BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS).
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard.
Has a BBQ area + Patio table and 6 chairs with a sun umbrella, and lounges.
From the rear of the apartment there is a beautiful orchard and there are unspoilt views of the five finger mountains from the terrace.
A private beaches is less then a 3 minute walk away and you enter the beach on a path, through an olive grove, then it opens up into a beautiful unspoiled sandy rural beach, with shallow waters and calm sea, you will find many local people on the beach enjoying BBQ and picnic's, on weekends and in the summer, feel free to join in!!!.
Our friends own the apartment opposite ours and will rent it out if required, (just ask) so if needed there are two apartments that can be rented out together; this would makes it ideal for larger party bookings of family or friends, but each of you would still have your own privacy!!
Area Details
The apartment is ideally situated just approximately 100 metres from the coast on and is located in the beautiful town of Lapta with local shops and the beach all within walking distance. The coast road takes you to Kyrenia with its enchanting Venetian harbour and onto Bellapais which was made famous by Lawrence Durrell's 'The Bitter Lemons of Cyprus'. There are many restaurants within walking distance whilst those further a afield will often supply a free taxi service to their customers. There are sandy beaches all along the coast road and a brand new water park within 2 minutes drive. The border with the South is approx 30mins away whilst the wild expanse and breathtaking beaches of the Karpaz peninsula can be reached in about 2 hours. Kyrenia Castle that houses the oldest shipwreck in the world, the spectacular Bellapais Abbey and the Roman ruins at Salamis. Wherever you are you always have the stunning mountain backdrop in view.
Travel Details
Car reccommended. Please note: in cyprus you drive on the same side of the road as in england so it makes it very easy to drive around and there are some fantastic places to visit.
The new road
we are having a new road put in to the apartments. So at the moment its a dirt track that is very easy to use to get to the apartment.
That is why the cost to hire the apartment is low at present!

Price Includes:-WE CAN ARRANGE AIRPORT TRANSFERS FROM ERCAN OR LARNACA AIRPORT THE AGENT WE US CAN COLLECT YOU AND HAVE A RENTAL CAR WAITING AT THE APARTMENT FOR YOU AND ITS ALL IN ONE COST. YOU WOULD PAY THIS TO HIM ON ARRIVAL.
There are no hidden charges, so all you need to do is forget all your troubles and relax! Price includes apartment for 1 week, with the following services:

· Bed linen and towels provided. (Not beach towels)

· Services of English speaking apartment manager's.

· Cleaning of the apartment will cost an additional £45.00 per stay to be paid to directly to the management agent on arrival for 2 week bookings or more an additional clean (to include fresh bed linen) can be arranged at the same cost, 0n request. This is to be paid to the agent by you.

· prices quoted are for unto 5/6 people only.

· Includes some utility bills.

· Back to Back Bookings the property must be vacated by 10.Am on the day of your departure and will be ready at 4pm for those on arrival unless pre arranged otherwise with the owner permission.
· Car hire highly recommended. If you do not hire a car from the airport, we advise you to take a driving licence just in case you would like to hire a car in Norht Cyprus, in case you would like to see more of the surrounding area, As its very beautiful !!.
Always carry your driving license and be aware that drink driving carries very heavy penalties in Norht Cyprus.

Price Excludes:-BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We strongly recommend that travel insurance with full cancellation cover is taken out as your belongings left in the house are not covered by Revelinnluxury or our insurance policy.
1) To secure a booking 25% is required as a non-refundable booking deposit. Also required is a £100 security deposit, which will be returned to you when the keys have been given back and as long as the apartment is left in good order. The apartment will be inspected on your departure and any breakages or damage must be paid for.
The bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage or breakages reported to us by our managing agent.
Additional days can be booked on a daily rate.
2) Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and booking are lost.

Other Information:-Accommodation provided is for use of the named rental clients only and may not be added to or sub-let.
Details of our address and key collection and directions to the apartment from Ercan airport will be posted to you once the final payment has been received. Or if pre arranged with us they can be collected from our agent (who lives on site, their address will be supplied at the same time)
Accommodation: is no smoking in the apartment, only in the garden's Please !!.
