Our luxury beachside apartment is furnished and decorated with tasteful personal touches to create an ambience of quality and indulgence.
It is conveniently situated next to a sandy beach and a 2 minute walk to Duquesa port with its multitude of bars and restaurants.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is air-conditioned throughout and boasts marble floors, views of the Mediterranean from the lounge and the large balcony and has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.
Duquesa, sometimes described as the coast's 'best kept secret' is midway between Gibraltar and Marbella on the Costa del Sol - famous for its 320 days of sunshine a year. Africa can be seen from the miles of sandy beaches.
Duquesa Golf is within 250 metres. Valderrama, Sotogrande and Estepona Golf are within a 15 min drive. There are a further 60 courses along the Costa del Sol!
Fishing trips are available both from Duquesa port and Estepona port (10 min drive). The locals fish from the beaches and the harbour walls.
We are also able to offer a friend's 3 bed penthouse and a second 2 bed apartment in the same building if you are travelling with others. Please email for photos, availability and rates. Area Details Our holiday home is on the fourth floor of this five storey Moorish building built to a high specification. Lifts are available to all floors and the building and surrounding area is wheelchair friendly. It has 4 swimming pools and a number of sunbathing areas. The apartment is on the more secluded side of the development and overlooks 2 of the smaller pools and then out to the Mediterranean.
The apartment is within a stone's throw of the local (European Blue Flag awarded) sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and bars of Duquesa port are within 100 meters and Duquesa golf is only 250 meters away. Sabinillas, an authentic Spanish coastal village is just 5 minutes walk away along the beach or promenade. Travel Details A taxi rank is 2 mins from the apartment. A regular bus service operates between Gibraltar and Malaga stopping nearby at Sabinillas.
