Fully equipped open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker with gas hob & electric oven and all necessary kitchen equipment. The living area consists of one sofa bed and another two-seater sofa, CD player, separate WC. An impressive stone spiral staircase leads to:
First Floor:
Master Double bedroom with spectacular views over the bay, en-suite shower room & WC, separate dressing room with built in wardrobe and two balconies. The second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, WC, wardrobe, dressing table, and two balconies, also with spectacular views over the bay.
Both Bedrooms are fitted with dual control air-conditioningheating systems, fly screens and extra portable standing fans.
Top Floor:

Pool & Gardens
The Villa has its own private garden and dining area. It has its own 26.2sqm fresh water pool with wooden sun -beds, parasols, tables, dining area with dining table and chairs. Area Details Kalkan, once a small Greek fishing village, has developed into a quiet, bohemian and in areas sophisticated, pretty resort with a few low-rise hotels and apartments and a multitude of excellent roof-top restaurants offering all manner of culinary delights. A juxtaposition of local accommodation gives great character, and together with atmospheric blues, jazz and modern bars, all ages are catered for. The local shopkeepers are extremely friendly and shops stay open until around midnight and sell interesting antiques, crafts, jewellery and clothing. The narrow streets twist down to the harbour where numerous restaurant and bars fringe the sea and offer views of the of elegant gulets, some of which are available for private hire. During the day, you can make use of one of the ‘beach-clubs’, engage in some of the local sporting activities (such as water-skiing, parascending, scuba diving, trekking etc), or take a trip to one of the innumerable historical sites, drive a Jeep up into the mountains, or to the gorges, cruise on a gulet, visit local towns or markets, or just relax by your pool.
