The property is on a quiet urbanisation approximately 1km west of nerja and a three minute walk from the nearest beach.
The house is at the end of a block with two south facing terraces on two levels both with views to the sea and a small balcony to the rear with views to the mountains. The house is air conditioned with two double bedrooms,both with twin beds, bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge/diner with two and three seater sofa, Dining table and chairs, TV , CD/DVD player and radio. Open plan fully equipped kitchen area and downstairs toilet. Baby cot also available. Area Details Nerja s a delightful unspoilt town which lies some 35kms east of Malaga. The area is one of outstanding beauty situated in the midst of a tropical valley with the backdrop of the magnificent Sierra Nevada mountains.
Nerja town is predominantly Andalusian in style . Best explored on foot due to the maze of narrow cobbled streets, the town retains its charm whilst still offering all the facilities needed
Within the town itself there are a handful of small sandy coves plus the lovely Burriana Beach, where a variety of watersports are available as well as several beach bars and restaurants.
Tropicana is a small attractive pueblo style development situated some 2kms out of town. One , two and three bedroom villas and apartments, either terraced, on two storeys or bungalows. all enjoying the facilities of the urbanisation.
There is a pleasant swimming pool and baby splash pool with lawned gardens and sun beds for guests use, plus a bar/restaurant. Travel Details The bus from malaga stops at the end of the road as does the local bus into Nerja. Taxis can be ordered at the nearby hotel and cost between 6 and 8 euros into Nerja. The town is within walking distance along the beach road or main road approximately 20 minutes.
