communal swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, beach club and supertmarket.
It is a lovely well designed development, safe for children, with plenty of open spaces,lawned areas and tropical plants all set on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea.
This delightful villa consists of 2 twin bedrooms and one single room. The Master bed room has a private terrace and en-suite bathroom, bedroom number two also has a private terrace and there is a further bathroom as well as a separate cloakroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ample storage space.
The split-level livingroom and dining area are extremely comfortable well furnished rooms with a log-burning stove centrally placed between them. Patio doors lead from there to a covered terrace and small private garden which in turn leads into the communal gardens from where it is just a two minute stroll to the beach or to any one of four communual swimming pools.
The good-sized well fitted kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a dishwasher, automatic washing machine, hob, oven and extractor fan and a fridge-freezer.
The whole property has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind and is truly a holiday home of note.

Holidaying in this area you really are spoilt for choice of places to go and things to see.The Manilva Beach Develpoment itself offers much diversion as well as its lovely beach. Next door is the picturesque marina of Duquesa with its excellent selection of bars, restaurant and night-time entertainment.
The well known and popular Duquesa Golf is but a few minutes away and there are of course many other good quality golf courses in the vicinity. Within fifteen minutes drive, you could be playing on El Paraiso, Atalaya, Estepona Golf, Sotogrande, Valderama, Almenara 1&2, La Canada, Alcaidesa, and last but not least San Roque Club, in fact you have some of the very best courses in Europe to choose from. The nearby town of Sabinillas has a good variety of shops and many other bars and restaurants as well as a lovely Paseo Maritimo(promanade) which streches all along the sea front, the beaches in this area are long, safe and clean.
Manilva Village and its environs are famous for the grapes they grow and the wine they produce. The Vendimia, or grape harvest festival, is celebrated at the begining of September and is a riotous affair.
The attractive town of Estepona is not far away, neither is Gibraltar
or any number of pretty Andalucian white village. In fact Beachouse is the perfect base for a holiday that combines comfort, rest and relaxation with as much activity, entertainment and variety as you could wish for. Travel Details There are numerous buses close by going to Malaga,Estepona,Cadiz,
La Linea(Gibraltar)etc.
