A LOVELY 2 Bedroom End of Terrace House Beside Ladies Beach. Sleeps 6. Magnificent Rose Garden surronds the house with Fruit Trees. Roof Terrace on second floor with spectacular Panoramic Views. Built in BBQ for entertaining al fresco. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and 10 mins walk to the centre of Kusadasi. Great nightlife can be had for all tastes (Bar Street for the young and lively or the Old Town for a more relaxed night out). Area Details The house is two storey with a roof terrace that has beautiful sea views. On the Ground Floor there is a patio (with chairs and table) and a built in BBQ. On entering the house there is a Living Area and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with a two ring gas cooker, electric grill, kettle, fridge with ice compartment, pots and pan and cutley. There is also a washing machine and an iron and board. There is a Sofa Bed in the living area which can accomadate 2 people sleeping.
A Spiral Staircase leads up to the First Floor where there are two bedrooms (one Double and one Twin) and also a shower and toilet.
The Second Floor is the roof terrace where one can enjoy the perfect views, the peace and tranquility all around.
There is car parking space and also a well kept green area in the estate with a playground for children.
Because the house is end of terrace it is very private and peaceful and also has the benefit of roses surrounding it.
There is a market held every Friday in the centre of Kusadasi where great bargains can be had.
Ephesus is only 20kms away and can be easily reached by bus.
Pigeon Island is another attraction you will pass on your way into the centre where one can fish or sight see.
There is a National Park (Mili Park) which can be reached by bus. There is also a Water Park in Kusadasi.

Travel Details There is a local bus service (Dolmus) into the centre of Kusadasi for a very small fee and it is only a 10 minute walk also. These buses pass by the estate approx every 2 minutes and operate up to 12 midnight. There are also plenty of taxis and they are not expensive to hire.
