The property is built on a large plot with perimeter wall and has a 22m2 heated swimming pool, large sun terrace and roof terrace with jacuzzi and fantastic views of the sea across to Fuerteventura and the Montana volcano.
There are two bedrooms (double and twin)and two bathrooms. Two pullout beds are also available suitable for children. The kitchen has oven/hob,fridge/freezer,microwave & dishwasher. A utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has two settees,satellite TV with DVD/video. Area Details The villa is located in a quiet area 150m from the sea and 50m from the local shops. A number of beautiful sandy beaches are within 5mins drive.
Playa Blanca is a pretty resort ideal for couples and families. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the town. Travel Details Car hire is recommended. The villa is some 30mins drive from the airport and 5mins drive from the centre of Playa Blanca.
