This luxury air conditioned 5 bedroom villa sleeps 10 in complete comfort, with its own private swimming pool,within walking distance of the shops bars restaurants and beaches of Moraira and El Portet. The villa is split into two self contained living areas, the upstairs with 3 beds and 2 baths, the downstairs with 2 beds 2 baths. Has satellite TV, video, CD. 2 fully equipped kitchens, outside BBQ and Pergola separate garden, utility room with shower and plenty of sunbeds. Area Details Moraira is very beautiful with lush valleys of vineyards, orange groves, lemon and almonds. It has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere with its superb marina and high class restaurants (some Michelin rated). It is very popular amongst the wealthy Madrid families who have holiday homes there. There are no package holidays to Moraira and the local planning authorities have never allowed high rise buildings and so the area is just dotted around with high class villas and low rise apartments.
The coastline around this part of the Costa Blanca is spectacular, and it is ideal for touring the whole of the Marina Alta.
Our villa has views of the Calpe rock and the sea and also the mountains from the upstairs balcony.
The area has 4 golf courses within a 5 - 20 minutes drive of the villa, there is also tennis, go-karting, jet-sking, all water sports and many other activities available in the resort. The theme park of Terra Mitica is a 30 minute drive and also the Vergel Safari Park is the same distance. Travel Details The train from Alicante to Denia passes Teulada which is only a 5 minute drive away. Bus through Moraira. Taxis always available.
