Price Includes:-Price includes all utilities, clean towels and sheets upon arrival. Use of beach umbrellas and beach chairs. There is a security deposit required that depends on how long of a stay, usually around 100-150 euros. There is also a 40-60 euro cleaning fee that depends on the number of persons staying. The deposit is returned on the day you leave the apartment clean and undamaged. |
Price Excludes:-There are no beach towels available. There is no maid service. This is a self catering setup. |
Other Information:-Methods of payment... I require half of the payment to be made to me upon reserving the apartment, and the rest paid upon arrival in euros. The first payment can be paid by a bank wire transfer, credit card thru PayPal, or Western Union. If you live in the U.S., you can also pay by check. If you rent the apartment for 3 weeks or more, I can give you a large discount. |
