Other Information:-Rates are for the entire vacation home per week with rentals starting any day of the week. Vacations of less than 7 nights are charged at the daily pro-rata rate and are subject to a $100 cleaning supplement. When you have decided to stay in our vacation home a non refundable booking deposit of $250/ per week is required to secure the home with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to the start of your vacation along with an additional returnable security deposit of $400.
