Other Information:-If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week June, first week July), the rental rate will be calculated on a daily basis. We generally operate on a Monday - Monday basis, however, some flexibility can be allowed subject to availability. A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note: A damage deposit cheque for £250 is required along with your final balance payment - this will be held by us during your stay and will be returned to you in full within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear). Private Dalaman Airport Transfers These can be arranged for you at a cost of £50 each way for a car, £60 for a minibus for up to 7 people, or £75 each way for a minibus for 8 or more guests. All transfer vehicles are airconditioned. Payment for transfers is made locally via our management agent in Kalkan (in Sterling or Turkish Lira). Antalya Airport transfers are also available - prices available on request. Car Hire We are able to arrange car hire for delivery to your villa on a day of your choosing. Payment for your car is required on arrival at the villa and prices start at £25 per day. Please email us your requirements for a full costing. | |||||
