Other Information:-Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Rates are Per Night for up to 6 people for minimum 5 night stay. Add USD $75 per night for stays under 5 nights. April 15 - Nov. 14 (Low Season):US $350(+10% Government tax) Nov. 15 - April 14 (High Season):US $450(+10% Government tax) Pirate Week (min. 7 night stay):US $425(+10% Government tax) If maid service is required an additional charge of US $25 per day must be added. Deposits: 50% deposit at time of booking. Payment Policies: 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made under 30 days: 100% payment in full at time of booking. Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within thirty days of your arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance refunded. Long Term Rental available: US $5,500 per month. Six month minimum. Please inquire!
