EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNTS (N/A for July and August): 15% Discount off the prices above if booked before31th January 2012. 10% Discount off the prices above if booked before 31st March 2012. Restrictions: Minimum stay : 1 week High Season 4 days Low and Mid Season For special cases ask the owner. Booking terms: 1) 25% deposit to confirm booking (non refundable) 2) Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival 3) 500 Euro breakage deposit due on arrival.
