Other Information:-- All rates are per villa per week based on up to 5 guests ( the villa can sleep up to 7 guests and the cost for additional person above 5pax is from £70.00 to £140.00 per week ) - Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates. - Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival). If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa. - 30% deposit required when making a reservation. Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival. - Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal. - Breakage deposit of €250.00 (approx. £220.00) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occurred. - Air conditioning available in the living room and all 3 bedrooms at additional cost payable locally if required.
