Price Includes:-Final cleaning, multi-language cable tv, heating, air-conditioning, electricity consumption. WiFi with fast ADSL internet connection has been installed in the apartment and is offered as an additional complimentary service. We have calculated the time required to clean and launder the linen & towels at 4 hours. Any additional cleaning or laundry will be chargeable and will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Please note we do not provide beach towels, so be sure to bring your own with you. | |||||
Price Excludes:-Security deposit of EURO 800, to cover possible breakages, replacements and repairs. This security deposit is payable at least 3 weeks before arrival, and will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure, less the cost of any damage, repairs or breakages. Our local Property Managers offer a Meet & Greet service, as well as a Check Out Report. These are charged at a total cost of EURO 100.00 per booking. There is an Optional Laundry Charge / Linen & Towel Hire Charge of EURO 35 per person (You are welcome to bring your own bedlinen and towels if you wish). | |||||

Arrival times to the property are between 16.00 - 19.00 hours. Arrivals on other days are on a request only basis. Arrivals after 19.00 hours are subject to an out of hours arrival supplement. 3 weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival : 14th to 25th May. We are registered to accept most major credit cards by telephone, by post or by fax.
