Price Excludes:-Electric energy above 50 KWH/week: 0,50 euro/KWH (metered by the counter), Central heating: 7euro per day, or metered by the counter (7 euro/MC), Third/fourth adult guest: +10euro/night (Children do not pay). Towels for the pool : 5€ each or bring your own towel with you. Extra cleaning if animals inside: 70€. Extra cleaning of the pool: 50€ each. | |||||
Other Information:-Minimum stay: Two nights (from October to April), 7 nights (from May to September). Price per night: 75 euro. Week end: 160 (two nights). Per month: 800 euro (consumptions not included) from November to March. Special prices for monthly rates. Shuttle by private car from/to Rome airport L.da Vinci (Fiumicino):60 euro; from/to Ciampino Airport: 70 euro; from/to Rome: 30 euro. Extra use of washing mashine: 5 euro Additional house cleaning: 30 euro Bicycles rental: 6 euro/day Check-in time is suggested after 3 pm. Check-out time before 10am. Or in according with the owner.
