Casa Rohan is situated just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Moraira, and the same distance to the pretty cove of El Portet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large elegant living room, separate large dining room and american style fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs balcony has stunning views across to the sea to the Calpe rock and across the valley. The private swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounding by large terraces. There is a mosaic tiled BBQ, pergola with decking beneath which is extremely useful on hot sunny days. Also there is a small casita which houses an outside toilet and washbasin, and outside kitchen sink. Area Details Moraira is a pretty village which has its own unique ambience. Although once a fishing village it now boasts a very cosmopolitan marina. Although the area is very affluent it is very low key, and the centre is always a lively buzz of many nationalities. The whole coastline around this area is very pretty with its rocky coves and sandy beaches. Moraira has 2 main beaches, one being the pretty cove of El Portet. Moraira has a wealth of very good restaurants (some being Michelin rated) and it also boasts many bars, cafes and wine bars. There are some very good boutiques and shops in the village centre. Travel Details There is a train which runs from Denia to Alicante and the nearest station is about 7 km away in Teulada. There are bus services daily.
