UK TV, dvd & cd player.The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the twin bedroom has use of the other bathroom with the stand in shower. Upstairs is accessable by an external staircase and here you will find another twin bedroom with a large bathroom. There are 2 sunterraces. The front sunterrace is glazed and has a swing hammock and overlooks the large private pool with 6 sunloungers, which is screened from the road by conifers. The side terrace is open and has patio furniture. Downstairs you will find a dining area with a large table with 6 chairs and a lounge area with 2 comfortable leather sofas and marble coffee and lamp tables. The 9 hole golf course (18 holes should be open late 2005) and club house is a 10 minute walk away and the shops and bars are 8 minutes walk away. The nearest town is a 10 minute drive and the beach is a 15 minute drive. Area Details Camposol is situated 15kms inland from the Port of Mazarron. This is a mainly British, German & Dutch urbanisation and is an ideal area for walks in the countryside and the Sierra Espuna is only a 20 minute drive away. This is ideal for a quiet holiday base but with the hustle and bustle of the Port within a 15 minute drive Travel Details Bus outside urbanisation to Mazarron & Totana. Train to Murcia from Totana
