Child security alarms are fitted to all sliding doors leading to the pool area, for parental peace of mind. The pool can also be fully screened off for further safety when not in use.A paddling pool and playpen are provided for little ones under the lanai out of the all day florida sunshine !!!! Extra baby equipment available,including 2 cots/highchair and booster seat/safety gates/buggy/stroller/baby monitor/Disney toys available etc.......
There are two reception rooms one formal lounge with coordinating dining table and second family room with 53inch TV and Cinema surround sound system.The family room is separated from the kitchen and breakfast room by a breakfast bar and stools, both rooms over look the pool and conservation woodland. The two lounge areas are trimmed with decorations throughout the festive saeaons. The kitchen has every labour saving device with a ground floor utility housing washer/dryer and ironing facilities.
For children we have a games room with 8ft slate bed pool table/ 7ft Air hockey table /Fooseball /Electronic Darts/ pinball and slots. There is a playstation 2 with a selection of games and DVDs. A personal computer and FREE highspeed internet access available .Electric scooters are provided with helmets to use around the community. For all bookings from Nov 2005 the games room will be fully air conditioned.A jukebox will be available throughout the festive season .
The Master bedroom is lavishly furnished with an imposing king size bed, overlooking pool and woodland. Ensuite facilities include full bath suite /large shower, his and her walk in closets and illuminated vanity units. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms. All bedroom suites have TV/DVD players, double closets, radio alarm clocks and lamps. Two twin bedrooms adjacent to double suites are ideal for families to have children close by to parents. Extra bedding is supplied for all bedrooms. Our bedroom accommodation works well for both families and all adult groups alike. Parents have their children close by with their own bathroom and adult groups all have a bathroom each up to three individual couples.
An extended drive provides off road parking for 4-6 vehicles.This premium corner plot has no public walkthroughs around the pool area.
