Our Luxurious villa offers a spacious 2000sq ft of air conditioned living space ideal for Orlando attractions,golfing holidays and long winter breaks.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed,cable TV and CD Player and benefits from a huge ensuite bathroom with walk in wardrobe , walk in shower, roman bath tub, twin wash basins and seperate w.c. A further family bathroom provides integral shower and bath tub, wash hand basin and w.c.
There are 3 further bedrooms , one double and two twin all with built in wardrobes and bedside tables.
The large opened planned kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher etc and is furnished with breakfast table and chairs and island unit with bar stools.
A seperate utility room houses the washer and drier.
There is plenty of family living space with a sitting room, dining room and family room, all beautifully decorated and furnished. The family room provides entertainment with cable TV,DVD,VCR,CD Player and PS" and leads out onto the south facing screen covered pool area which attracts the Florida sunshine all day long.
The new Games Room is equpped with a 7ft Pool Table , Air Hockey, Table Football, Table Tennis and Electronic Darts. We have also provided board games and books. For the more energetic there are community tennis and basketball courts for which we have provided racquets and balls for the use of our guests. For the golfers among you, Championship Golf courses are only a 5 minute drive away. Area Details Peaceful resedential community, just off the 192 on Highway 27.
15 minutes to Disney ,25 minutes to seaworld , 5 minutes to Championship Golf courses.
