3 double bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 twins.
2 bathrooms one ensuite to master with full width walk in shower,the other with 3/4 bath and overbath shower. Both with toilet and handbasin. Fitted with mirrors and spot lights, razor points.
Bedrooms well fitted and all have ceiling fans.
Kitchen fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven. Table and chairs and other kitchen requirements. There is also a utility area with automatic washing machine and small terrace.
Large lounge/dinner with ceiling fan. Sat TV with 30 channels and 14 radio channels. CD/Tape player.
Off lounge is a small terrace overlooking park and views to the mountains. On the roof is a very large communal solarium with drying facilities and also situated there is a lock up containing sun beds and table, chairs and umbrella. There are 360 degree views from the top. Hot water by way of on demand gas boiler. Heaters for cooler weather are also available.
The apartment has a secure underground garage. Access by lift to all floors. Area Details Los Montesinos is a small Spanish village/town with a population of some 3000 souls. It is locally known as the 15 min town as it is 15 minutes from Torrevieja/Guardamar and the superb beaches of the Costa Blanca. It has a good range of shops and restaurants/bars. There are several small super-markets, 3 butchers, 2 fresh fish shops, 4 bakers. Many large super-markets within 10-15 mins drive. Huge Carrefour is 10 mins drive. Torrevieja and Guardamar have superb beaches and an abundance of restaurants etc.
Many other places of interest within easy reach. Orihuela, Elche, Alicante (not just an airport), Cartagena and many more.
We are served by two aiports, Alicante and Murcia both within 30 mins drive. Both served by many low cost and charter/scheduled airlines.
There are many golf courses within 15 minutes of Los Montesinos. One of the finest new courses in Spain is \"La Finca\" which is 15 mins away. Also Villamartin, Campoamor, Quesada, Las Ramblas, and many more within 30 mins drive in either direction. La Manga to name but one.
The village has a swimming pool which is open during the summer months and entry is the princely sum of 1 euro.
Also the village square shows open air films on a large screen during the summer.
Several fiestas during the year, one which lasts some 5 days
during October. This is a truely Spanish village which reflects the life and customs of real Spain. Travel Details Limited bus service and local taxi.
