Brand new (summer 2005) spacious and luxuriously furnished four bedroom Caribbean style Condo with large heated pool, fitness centre, spa and games room.
This condo is in a block of four and is on the top floor (first floor).
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and the two remaining bedrooms each have twin beds. There is a further bathroom. Large lounge/diner with a table seating eight, telephone, cable TV, DVD, playstation 2 and a balcony with patio furniture.
Fully fitted kitchen with range, disherwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided.
This condo will easily sleep ten utilising the queen sofa bed in the living room. Area Details The condo is just off of I4 and close to Highway 27 and 192, very close to Kissimmee and Orlando. It is a quiet, tranquil and picturesque area, however, only 7 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes from all the major attractions, three great golf courses, a supermaket, restaurants and shops. The East coast and Gulf Coast beaches are only 55 minutes away, along with the Kennedy Space Centre.
