Immersed in the Roman countryside, located in a hilly position with a superb view which sweeps the horizons from the Tiber River Valley to the Apennines, from the medieval burgh of Morlupo to the view of Rome in the distance, you’ll find this small detached house located in the park of villa occupied by the owners. The guests may enjoy either the park (from June through September) or the panoramic 12mx4m swimming pool. Nearby there are various riding grounds and tennis courts and at about 20 km., the enchanting Lago di Bracciano places at the disposal of those who love water sports and fishing, suitable facilities. Rome is less than 20 km away and is easily reachable either by automobile or public transportation. The residence is furnished with a well cared for and comfortable furniture and is accessible through a double entrance: from the villa’s garden and from the private panoramic terrace furnished with garden furniture and wood-burning ovenL'Atelier is an independent villa of 120 sqm surrounded by a park of 4 hectares and equipped with private street entrance.
The house is surrounded by a large private garden with breathtaking views over the valley of the Tiber.
From the private garden is accessed through a small gate to the park of the estate and the large swimming pool.
The apartment is on one floor and takes its name from the large windows overlooking the garden, is organized in part to open space where there are a comfortable dining kitchen, a study corner, a corner, an angle bed, complete the flat one bedroom, a wardrobe, one bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

Area Details Morlupo (Morlopu in local dialect) is a town of 7,996 inhabitants in the province of Rome.
The country lies along the Highway 3 Via Flaminia, between 31 ° and 32 ° KM. A particularly curious is that Morlupo is situated on the exact north of Rome as their Longitudini coincide exactly (12 ° 30 '0''East). Mount Soratte: is 14 km from Morlupo, on the Flaminia north, in the town of Sant'Oreste. Mount Soratte (height 691 m.) stands alone among the hills of Tuscia Roman which is the top higher. It consists of limestone rocks formed in the Pleistocene. Characteristic of the place are "Meri", three large chasms, which are located on the eastern base of the mountain. These wells, communicating with each other and about 115 m deep, are of considerable interest speleological. In particular, the Mero Grande consists of a deep vertical shaft several tens of metres and a diameter of 20m. From the top of the mountain, reached on foot from the village of Sant'Oreste, admires a spectacular panorama of the entire Valley of the Tiber. The reserve covers an area of 700 hectares along the Tiber north of Rome. The Regional Natural Reserve Tiber Farfa, was the first to be established in the Region Lazio (1979). It arises in connection with a dam on the river (dam Enel) that, over time, led to the formation of a pond. Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) / exit Flaminia Dir. Terni:
Immediately after the Via Flaminia exit (Terni Direction), continue for about 18km until Morlupo.
Then turn right into Via San Michele and go straight for about 1 km, then turn left into Via di San Sebastiano.
Continue for 700 meters, then turn left and follow signs for CAPENA.
Continue for another 1.2 km and on the right, is reported STRADA S. LUCIA, where there is a big green gate: YOU ARE ARRIVED!
