Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three absolute luxurious villas with private pools in Xamoudochori, a small traditional village in Chania, in the Island of Crete.
It is set in a magnificent natural environment overlooking the ocean which lies at a distance of only 3 km further to the north.
The villas are built in a plot of 8.000 sq.m., surrounded by lavish gardens, olive groves and vineyards.
Each villa accommodates up to four, five or seven persons in its spacious living areas of about 110 sq.m. The villa consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for six and spacious verandas offering a breathtaking view.
The villas are centrally heated, fully airconditioned, equipped with internet access, direct telephone line, fax machine, satellite TV, DVD-player and CD-player.
They are all decorated in absolute style as all rooms are furnished with expensive hand-made furniture and exquisite textiles. Wood and stone prevail in all villas. The garden furniture and the sunbeds by the pools area are ideal for relaxation in the evening hours when the sun is no longer too hot.
Athina Luxury Villas is the only property in the area of Chania offering services of high standards and daily maid service, while at the same time respecting its guests privacy. All villas feature expensive linen and towels, bathrobes, slippers as well as luxurious toiletries. Area Details Athina Luxury Villas are located in Xamoudochori, a small traditional village just 3 km south of the seaside village of Maleme, with its nice beach and many restaurants.
Maleme is situated 4 km west of Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense night life and many stores.
Chania and its Venetian Harbour is located 19 km east of our villas. There you you can visit some of Greece's most important archeological and historical sites in only 30 min drive.
Chania is one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, and used to be the capital of Crete until quite recently. It features one of the most picturesque harbours in Europe, and is sometimes called "Venice of the East".
Due to the many different historical periods that have influenced the architectural style of the city, you will have the chance to visit museums and beautifully restored houses from the Byzantine, Venetian and post-modern Greek eras.
Heraklio, with its famous Minoan Palace, lies 150 km east of Chania, making it an ideal destination for sightseeing and explorations.
There are wonderful beaches scattered around the prefecture of Chania, making Xamoudochori an ideal starting point for relaxing and interesting excursions. Along the seaside road which connects all major villages with the main city of Chania and Kissamos, the buss tranportation is frequent.
