Formosa village shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Wal-Mart 5 miles, either direction but I recommend west just on HW27 as you only get caught in Disney traffic once on the way back. The other is going towards Kissimmee and you will hit traffic both ways. Emerald Island is so close you don’t get caught up in traffic for long as you are almost there you can see marker 5 as you get on the 192 Disney is just after marker 6 you can see why this is the ideal place to stay.

Most of these restaurants offer take out and delivery. Shopping: Eckerd, Winn Dixie Marketplace, grocery store, dry cleaning, hairdresser and Centra Care (walk in medical).
