This beautiful interior designed 3 bedroom luxury villa has a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens and located in a tranquil beachside village community.
Samui Village House provides for a luxury holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security set beside an unspoilt beach on Koh Samui’s quiet southeastern coast.
This single storey property, although appearing compact from the outside, is deceptively roomy as once inside there is a feeling of spaciousness and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design.
Accomodation
The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art wall hangings, mirrors and indoor potted plants. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden. An attractive wood slat surround feature separates the living area from the kitchen.
The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.
A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.
Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.

The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. It is set in the quiet community of Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development faraway from the busy tourist areas of Samui.
Set on an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped Southeastern coast, Samui Beach Village is surrounded by coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling.
Situated only 10 minutes from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng & Samui’s top golf couse, and 35 minutes to the airport, you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and activities, and yet you will feel like you are on your own tropical island paradise. Travel Details Koh Samui is an easy island to explore, with a well serviced road around the perimeter of the island giving accessabilitiy to most amenities less than an hour of The Beach Village House.
The villa comes with a 4x4 Honda vehicle that is available for rent. Taxis are also a popular mode of transport and can be ordered from the villa.
We can also arrange for a tour guide and minibuses if you want to tour the island. For those more activity minded then we can arrange many varieties of day trips by boat to explore the Gulf of Siam, or safari vehicles to explore the island.
If you want to experience the local bus transportation, then just jump in the local Songthaew buses which connect all around Samui.
