.'Villa Capo Corso'is an elegant property with sw.pool, composed of a main villa ( sleeps 5) and a guest house ( sleeps 2); the property has a lovely garden full of flowers, totally enclosed and with two inside parking spaces. The main villa is on 3 floors and is made up of the ground floor (partly semi-basement h 2,20 mt.) , a big new fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a full bathroom (shower) and direct access to the garden and the pool . The first floor has a large living room with access to a panoramic terrace, a full bathroom (shower)and direct acccess to the garden . The second floor has a studio, a large double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi and shower) , and a beautiful panoramic terrace. In front of the villa, within the property, there is an attractive guest house ( sleeps two) which we recommend at young people;it's made up of an open room with fully equipped cooking corner,a double bed (raised level) , a full bathroom (shower) and a very nice covered patio with garden furniture and barbecue. This Tuscan villa rental has many pieces of elegant stylish furniture and a number of antiques and unique pieces collected by the owner from around the world. Area Details The house is situated in a typical hill top village, with beautiful panoramic view. The golden mediterranean Versilian beaches and seaside towns are within a short drive (Km 15 to Viareggio), Lucca and its famous ancient walls are Km 25 away, Pisa Km 35, Florence Km 90.
Sports you can practise in the area: cycling,biking,tennis,swimming, walking,all water sports ( on the coast), fishing, golf (Forte dei Marmi 20km).
