Sabaudia is part of the sprawling Circeo National Park, named after the imposing promontory of Monte Circeo dominating this stretch of sandy shoreline. On the southern slopes of M. Circeo lies the medieval village of San Felice Circeo. You can climb up to the summit of the mountain that has some of the most spectacular ocean view in Lazio. From the nearby town of Terracina you can reach by ferry the Pontine Islands, Lazio's most splendid asset. It is a stunning volcanic archipelago with mountain spines and turquoise waters.
