Then take a short, 5 minute stroll down the sand to the famous Lydgate Beach, often referred to as the "Disneyland of Beach Parks." It boasts the largest natural tide-pool in Hawaii, creating a safe, year-round swimming & snorkeling experience for the entire family. Your children will love it!
Want a quick bite or a full service meal? The Holiday Inn "Sun Spree" Resort is located next door, just down the beach. The resort offers breakfast, lunch & dinner everyday and one of the islands best Luaus on Monday night. One of our most romantic memories is walking down the beach, back to our condo after a Luau, shoes in hand, the cool, moist sand under our feet, a blue Hawaiian moon above, the sound of fading Luau music behind us.
