Detached villa set in stunning country-side.Surrounded by Citrus groves.From your own private pool you can lookout at vine-yards & almond-peach groves.The Villa has 6 bedrooms possibility of sleeping 12 people.The bedrooms are a mixture of single and double beds tastfully decorated in pastel colours they are fully furnished , wardrobes, bedside lamps ect each bedroom also has , retracktable sun blinds.A fully serviced large brand new kitchen is on hand with all the usual appliances fridge/freezer washing machine microwave , gas hob electric oven/grill, marble worktops are fitted throughout .The kitchen opens out into the garden onto a patio and through French doors.The villa has a large main bathroom with shower
bath & bidet ,toilet a second room also has a toilet , hand sink shaver point ect.A large airy living room is at the front of the villa and is fully furnished . The living room has a dinning table and 8 chairs , a county style pastel lounge suite a feature brick fireplace has been built , on hand also is a TV , video recorder ( with english movies ) CD and playstation with games . The living room has set of patio doors that open out onto a side balustraded patio this is shaded by a large palm and almond trees. Here the final sun of the day sets . The room also opens out onto the front terrace covered with Bourgonvilla were the first days sun rises perfect for that early morning tea or coffee.The villa has its own 24x15 ft pool with a full filtration system and underwater lighting ideal for a midnight swim , during your stay the pool is maintained by our gardener. The pool also has a sunterrace kitted with sun lounges , a shower is also on hand . The pool is fully enclosed with balustrade railing and a lockable gate for peace of mind for guests with children .For people who worship the sun why not make use of the villa sunterrace. The villas gardens have a mixture of Fig lemon orange peach grapefruit mandarins and almond trees , salad produce ie tomatoes peppers cucumbers melons are grown during the main summer months, our guests are welcome to pick the fruits ect when in season , just imagine fresh figs and crunchy almonds for breakfast , fresh salads & fruit for dinner and finally slicing through a zest full lemon for you G&T in the evening. The gardens are also stocked with flowers like Jasmin Bourgonvilla , lavander and roses. A portable BBQ is supplied along with a static BBQ Chimery this is on the side terrace and is very large , large enough for a huge Paella.The villa has its own large driveway and garage By the side of the garage what was once a Spanish Pallero is now the wash room with ironing board sinks extra fridge freeze ect.The villa over looks and is surrounded by peach almond orange lemon olive grape groves it is ideal for w
walks and is peaceful . Close to the villa is the village and towns of Chiva & Cheste were all the usual amminities can be found bars cafes restauraunts banks ect these are typical Spanish towns and offer numerous local festivals during the year.
close to the villa is the Ricardo Tommo racing circuit were David Coulthard and Micheal Shumacker come to train the world super bikes hold a meeting here every October .
