The villa is totally private and not overlooked and is surrounded by orange groves and vine yards.Very safe for children. Our villa is privately owned and is only 5-10 mins walk to the sandy beach 1km, restaurants and bars, banks,shops. The supermarket is 2 mins walk away.Tennis clubs, go- carting,quad bike riding,trampolines, mini golf only 7 mins away to walk.Bars with live music and Disco's are only an 8 min walk away.Quite Location off the main road in a country Lane.Perfect for golfers Our nearest Golf club "La Sella" is 15 min drive with 18 holes. There are 3 in total in our area.The front of the house has room for 5 cars to be parked. A damage security deposit of £600 is required prior to your holiday .This will be transferred back to your bank account one week after departure less any damages,breakages or extra clean, Area Details Javea is a beautiful typical Spanish fishing village with a cosmopolitan arenal beach with lots of night life just a 7-10 mins stroll away.Cars are not necessary,although we do advise you to have at least one large one for shopping, although you can order from the supermarket and have your groceries delivered. The old town with cobbled streets, The Port with the Marina with a Rocky Beach and the Arenal Playa ( The Sandy Beach)This area is full of restaurants, bars and shops.
Our villa is only 1km walk to the beach and 10 mins stroll to all other areas. The nearest supermarket is 2 mins away.Our villa sleeps 18.If more guests wish to come please ask for price per person extra.We can also make up beds to super king at an extra cost. Please ask for prices. Travel Details We can arrange return mini Buses or Coach transfers from Alicante,Valencia or Murcia airport to the villa. Mini bus taxis are available for excursions or evenings out.We offer great deals on car hire where you can book on line.There are no hidden extras, as there are with cheaper companies!
