Our villa is very light and spacious with a private screened and heated pool overlooking a tranquil lake. The pool deck faces West providing a sunny aspect from mid-morning through to dusk.
The master suite overlooks the pool and lake and includes a queen sized bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 3 other bedrooms (one queen and 2 twins) and 2 further bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast area has a large oval table which seats 6-8.
There are 2 living areas with 2 and 3 seater sofas (including a double sofa bed) and a large dining table which seats 8. The whole Florida-style experience is enhanced by strategically placed ceiling fans. Area Details There is a large Publix within walking distance and a larger shopping plaza a few minute's drive away. Everything you need is close by, including several supermarkets and numerous food outlets (both eating in and takeaway. A new shopping centre, 'The Loop', is within a few minute's drive, providing yet more opportunities to eat, shop, go to the cinema, drink coffee etc. Travel Details We are a short 15 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and within 20 minutes of Disney, Universal and Sea World. The convenient location of our villa, close to Central Florida Greeneway, Osceola Parkway and Florida's Turnpike, makes it easy to get to any central Florida destination.
