Immersed in lemon and century-old olive groves, they offers its guests the peace and the tranquillity of the area’s countryside. In addition there is a wonderful view that goes from the green of the surrounding hills to the blue of the sea from which emerge in their unique shapes Capri, Ischia and Procida.
2 spacious houses sleeping 6 each built into a sunny hillside sheer above the sea welcomes you with its homely feel.
"Casa Cacace" consist of 1 large double room with own bathroom w/ shower, 2 twin or double rooms and another bathroom with a bath and a wall shower application. There is a open fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, iron + iron board open onto the dining room, and a splendid veranda living / dining area with wonderful sea view and its famous isles.
There is also a living room with TV with a double sofa-bed.
The interior is furnished most tastefully with loving care in every detail and the rooms are light, well ventilated and comfortable. Ideal for families with children and a cot is available. The house is provided with central heating for year-round occupation.
Outdoors - the house is surrounded by several hectares of country garden ideal for outdoor reading and relaxing enjoying the wonderful coastal views. Barbecue and private parking.
Just in front of “Casa Cacace”, “La Casetta Rosa” can sleep up to 6 people and, it has 2 floors.
1st floor which open onto the front terrace: there is a dining-living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small laundry with washing machine.
2nd floor: 1 master double bedroom accessed through bedroom with twin or double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace facing the church of the village and a balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples.
The rooms are light, well ventilated and comfortable.
Outdoors - there is a splendid and large terrace, ideal for eating outside enjoying the wonderful coastal views with Capri island just in front of the house.
Ideal for families also with young children and a cot is available (there is a gate at the top of the external stair). The house is provided with some electric stoves for year-round occupation. The owner is the same of “Casa Cacace”, he lives nearby, speaks English (he is an English teacher)and is available for help and advice. Area Details The guests have the opportunity of wonderful nature walks through the ancient villages Massalubrense, land of mythical Ulisses and the sirens, where history, art, culture and tradition meet.
Easy to reach are the neighbouring tourist resorts famous all over the world: Sorrento, Positano, Li Galli (the Siren isles), Amalfi, Pompei, Vesuvio, Naples, Capri, Procida and Ischia.
