It has new bathrooms and kitchen, all appliances, covered decks, patios, and opens to a secluded sub-tropical garden. The house is available for rent every year from October to mid May. It can accommodate up to eight guests, but you will be charged only for the number of guests in your party and will have the exclusive use of the residence.
