Our home has a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms,two of the bedrooms being master suites.It has two living rooms, and a very private 31ft x 18ft pool and Jacuzzi with under water lighting.The home is air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen with centre island,Fridge Freezer with ice maker.There is a formal dining area along with a dining nook and a lanai providing an Al Fresco dining area.In addition there is a separate laundry room and a cabana bathroom providing an ideal changing area on entering/exiting the pool and decking area.There are Televisions in all bedrooms, a surround sound television with dvd/cd/video player in the main lounge.There are games,video's,tennis racquets,basketball,pool toys and a playstation2 for use free of charge during your stay.In addition there is the free use of a crib,stroller and highchair and a character bedroom for the children with television/video with tapes.
The pool and decking area have a southerly aspect for all day sun and the lanai provides a welcome shade to those who need it.There is ample pool and deck furniture,the decking is fully protected by a fine mesh screen which allows full sun penetration but keeps out unwanted non paying flying insect guests.The pool and Jacuzzi have a good degree of privacy and both have underwater lighting for cool refreshing night time dips. Area Details Our home is located amongst the gently rolling hills and Orange groves on the prestigious estate of Hampton lakes.The estate has a manicured entry pavillion feature lake with water fountain and community swimming pool,Floodlit basket ball and tennis courts,volleyball court and a childrens play area all within 2 minutes walk of the villa.
The estate is approximately 10-15 mins drive from the disney parks and 22-25 mins from Universal studios parks. It is almost mid way between the Gulf coast and Atlantic coast beaches and their relevant attractions.
We are 5-10 mins drive from all your shopping needs and close to numerous high quality golf courses. Travel Details Although our home is within easy travelling distance of all attractions it is recommended that you hire your own transport.
