There is a beautiful lake shaped pool which is shared with the residents of the sierra cortina resort. It has a fully fitted kitchen, downstairs cloakroom,ENGLISH tv,DVD, video and cd. It has a large garden and sun terrace with views to the sea and the pool. It is also fully air conditioned. The property is in a quiet location on a brand new luxury development, but only minutes form the beaches and town. There are plenty of shops including a large Carrefour store close by. Area Details Set underneath the mountains of the sierra cortina 3 minutes from la cala bay and before finestrat village. A delightfull place which is still uncomercialised. You will be surrounded by orange,almond and lemon groves.

With two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Real de Faula Resort is the best option on the Costa Blanca for golfers, within 1 min drive from the Villa, right next to Terra Mitica.
