Brand new for April 2004 this luxurious villa have 4 bed/2 en-suite master, 3 bath and a 30’X15’ heated pool with SPA, sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is honestly 12 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes away from championship golf courses and near all the major attractions.
Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24 hour 7 day per week service for the guests.
· Cable TV in each bedroom. Radio alarm in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
· Phones in each master bedroom and great room.
· 2 En-suite master bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. 1 double bed and 2 twin beds (in Disney theme) in 3rd and 4th bedroom.
· Sofa bed in family room for an additional 2 person if required.
· Bed linen and towels provided. (Please bring your own beach towels.)
· Washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
· Cable TV, DVD, Hi-Fi VCR, Game Cube with small selection of games, movies and books in living area.
· Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher detergent is also provided.
30’x 15’ heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The east facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Overlooking orange groves, it gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.
High chair, cot and stroller are available at no cost.

Sanctuary is an ideal location for all of the top attractions. It is approximately 12 minutes away from Disney World and MGM Studios and approximately 25 minutes drive from sea world and Universal Studios. The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and there are other numerous shopping outlets, all within easy reach. You will be spoiled for choice! This home is located less than 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard courses designed by Greg Norman. Within a five minute driving there is a large Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets. Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away.
