With a fully furnished living / dining area, completely equipped kitchen, large luxurious bathroom and two cozy bedrooms, this house is a quiet and relaxing vacation retreat, in a remarkable island location. Two bicycles and a canoe are provided for guest use. Day sailing and fishing boat trips, with captain, can be arranged. Area Details Situated in the tiny village of D'Escousse, the immediate area is a former fishing village and now a peaceful, rural hamlet with about 200 residents, and lots of privacy and space. D'Escousse is on Isle Madame, a 17 mi. long island, connected to Cape Breton with a road and lift bridge. Easy access to all of nature: salt and freshwater recreation, boating, cycling, incredible bird and plant life, fishing - an easy, island lifestyle for vacationers and residents.
