Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with En- Suite two single beds, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe, Hot and Cold Air Conditioning. Second bedroom is also furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe and electric fan. There are also Two fold up beds stored in the lounge cupboard.
En- suite with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has a bath with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring gas cooker with electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Iron, orange squeezer, utensils, crockery and cutlery for six persons. Washing machine and Ironing board is in the adjacent utility room.
In the main living area of this Air - Conditioned apartment you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs, the lounge area is furnished with a 3 piece leather suite consisting of 3 - seater settee and 2 armchairs, dresser, coffee table and 28" T.V with UK channels. Patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with table and 6 chairs and has a woodland and sea view.

The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.
Just 5 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses. Area Details This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes drive.
