A delightful quiet one bedroomed apartment with wonderful views over the gardens, pool (HEATED OCT-APR) & to the sea in this splendid villa conversion. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very large terracotta coloured Spanish Villa, 10 minutes walk from the beach and three local restaurants.
The villa was converted and fitted out in July 2003 and has a wealth of unusual extras including table tennis, dartboard and a hammock.
Each apartment (there are also 2 x 2 bed units) has its own gas BBQ and foot-spa!!
The owners live in a fourth apartment and whilst ensuring the smooth running of the property, try not to be too intrusive.
This is special accommodation for a special holiday.

Area Details
Estepona is a bustling working fishing port. Daily catches are sold on the jetties and usually end up in the local restaurants.
There is a plethora of smashing places to eat & drink that are generally cheaper than the UK. The lovely town centre is very spanish with winding streets-some cobbled and plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal.
By car, Marbella & Gibraltar are less than half an hour away.
Ronda (1+hours)is a great place to visit. Seville, Granada & Cordoba are all a must, if you have the inclination!!
Morocco is only a 35 minute boat ride if you are feeling adventurous. You can even go dolphin watching & Selwo safari park is just outside the town.
The white villages of Casares; Gaucin; Manilva and Jubrique are all an easy drive away. Golf courses are plentiful as well as tennis, horse-riding; fishing etc.
Travel Details
A car is preferable, but not essential.
You can journey from Estepona bus station direct to Puerto Banus & Marbella (Currently 2.25)You can also travel to Casares & La Linea (for Gibraltar). For many other destinations you may have to change at San Pedro. Taxis are plentiful and not too costly. You can telephone for one and they will collect you from the Villa or the owner often acts as a taxi service. A company called VivAndalucia (952 792 256) have regular coach tours to Cordoba; Gibraltar; Seville; Granada etc. Bike hire is also available in Estepona.
