Property Details
Your accommodation is two bedrooms, two-bathroom apartment on the 4th Floor, via lifts, with a balcony showing you some views of the sea, between the roofs of Sabinillas, and on a good day you can see Africa! There is a garden area with a private pool,( maintained June to Sept inclusive) together with allocated underground secure parking. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay., English TV, Microwave, Fridge freezer, washing machine etc
Area Details
A small village community that has just latched on to the holiday business. Sabinillas is predominantly a market town with a street market every Friday and a massive car boot sale and market every Sunday.
There are many bars and restaurants here but very few hotels. The town has retained much of it's original charm. There is a large community of English residents here who fit quite comfortably into the community and are accepted without problems.
The village of Sabinillas tends to be descibed as an off-shoot of Estepona yet it is rightfuly a community all of it's own. It has a wonderful sandy beach that stretches the whole length of the village. Fishing boats still operate from here with a degree of success.
The town is quiet enough yet not far away are the big resorts of Marbella, Estepona and Puerto Banus

Duquesa this a little piece of paradise. At the heart of this fast developing centre is a wonderful, quaint marina built with more than 300 berths. There are no high-rise hotels here ! Along the waterfront is a wide variety of restaurants and bars, topped with apartments looking out over the boats although there are very few shops in the port. The port was once described as the next Puerto Banus. It has however retained it's charm and it's quiet environment. The port is flanked by two very long, sandy beaches with their own beach bars. One beach stretches to the left as far as sabinillas
Travel Details
Regular flights from all major airports to either Malaga or Gibraltar. Collection can be arranged. Car Hire, Buses and Taxi.
