La zenia, costa blanca Sleeps up to 6, has 3 bedrooms This is our second home and as such is very well furnished and equipped.

This is our second home and as such is very well furnished and equipped.
Our home is on three levels and has a small garden with shaded patio also a paved area for BBQ/sunbathing.
On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge room with tv and video, dining room, kitchen which has everything from a wok to a needle and thread!!. A guest's toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, sun loungers, cool boxes etc. and a selection of buckets and spades. We also have a BBQ.
We also have a selection of videos, books and games. Both TV have Sky and all the channels from the UK.
The first floor has a double and twin room ( this room has an extra TV) These rooms share a full bathroom and a sun terrace.
The second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite shower room. This room has its own large sun terrace.
The swimming pool is behind the house and as we are in a small complex it is never busy. Area Details Although we are in a quiet residental area on a no thru road, we are less than 10 mins walk from La Zenia beach and various bars, restaurants and shops.
Oriheula Hotel and Country Club is five mins walk, here you can play tennis or have lunch round their large pool or use the gym
We are 10 mins drive from three golf courses, two further beaches,two water park and torrevieja town.
We are 20 mins drive from Elche Safari park and one and half hours drive from Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm.
Markets are on daily in the surrounding towns and villages.
A large fun fair in on nightly in Torrevieja sea front. Travel Details The nearest bus stop is 10 mins walk.
