For anyone looking for real privacy in wonderful rural surrounding Villa Manzara is the place set amongst trees on the hillside halfway up the path to the old village. Bird and butterfly watching is almost a meditation for our guests in the privacy of the terraces.
The two villas side by side are 400 metres from the village centre and has a peaceful location with superb mountain and sea views. Nearby shops, restaurant and beaches are just a short walk away.
The villas are fully furnished having traditional features, open fireplaces and lovely terraces for dining and sundecking in privacy. Each room is air conditioned.
There are five lovely apartments in two villas side by side. Two small ones suit a small family (2+1) and the three larger ones can accomodate six people in three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two terraces - indoor and outside dining. The whirlpool overlooking the bay is situated in a beautiful terrace.
All the apartments are individually designed and traditionally decorated with exposed beams and stonework and enjoy wonderful views over the village and out to the sea. Large terrace for serving breakfast and for sun decking in privacy is part of every unit.
All are self-managed units provided with maid service three days per week. The units are comfortably decorated with full amenities and have matrimonials and additional bedsitters at living rooms. Air Conditioning (Split heating & cooling);

An ideal place with all the creature comforts, but in pleasant surrounding, offers many options. The complex has a large garden with comfortable recreational facilities. Barbecue nights in the garden are often arranged.
The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun and the climb to the small fortress overlooking the village.
Historical ruins of Roman, Byzantium and Ottoman era are an integral feature of the locality. Daily boat trips to the small islands (in one exists a Greek monastery) and to beautiful beaches for swimming, snorkeling and fishing are organized. Travel Details Selimiye Village is 42 km south of Marmaris and is a 2 hour drive from the Dalaman or Bodrum Int. airports. The buses to Bozburun and Selimiye can be a mode of transportation.
