The villa boasts an extremely large private terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch or sundowners. The terrace barbecue quickly becomes a favourite cooking location. The two large bedrooms enjoy commanding views over the sea towards both the marina and the mountains. One bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and juliet balcony. The second bedroom is a triple, the third bed being 6ft (180cm) long with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. Both bedrooms have airconditioning and a CD/MP3 player with remote control. Including the third WC downstairs, there are three WCs in the Villa.

Majestically sculpted into the bay at Kalkan, the Patara Prince resort is a Mediterranean garden paradise. The resort has been built using natural stone with delightful winding pathways, open squares and abundant greenery to give a charming village atmosphere.
