The villa benefits from its own separate studio apartment which is available for parties of up to 8 persons for 2 week & over reservations. This lovely brand new air-conditioned Villa, which is furnished and equipped to a high standard, is within walking distance to sea swimming platforms and the stunningly located Akropol restaurant, and just a short drive to local beaches and the charming upmarket and laid back resort of Kas, with its many excellent bars and restaurants and 2 marinas. Accommodates 6-8 persons
